Manifesto

With our 32 years of operations we have learned a lot about how to balance being good humans with doing good work and running a good business.

the Hive manifesto:

1.

Put Society First
It's our culture and the way we approach our work, team, and clients.
We are committed to be a forerunner of Japan's Society 5.0 movement.

2.

Enhance the Environment
The natural world is our greatest source of inspiration.  We practice and preach sustainability to ensure future generations can continue to thrive on our planet.   We aim to demonstrate the value to be net-positive, not just net-zero.

3.

Service Heart
As a Japanese company we innately aspirate to fulfill our tasks with perfection.  We’re obsessive about quality and delivering optimal value to our clients. Our work has to be great, otherwise, why bother?

4.

Never stop Learning
Technology moves fast while innovation benefits both society and businesses. It’s essential to keep learning in effort to ensure our customers remain on the cutting-edge.

5.

Global-minded, but Local Focus
Our international clients and colleagues inspire us with new perspectives on work and life.  This allows us to strengthen our emphasis on sustainability, quality, and the livelihood of our communities which revolve on leveraging efforts locally.

6.

Keep things in Proportion
We’re motivated by making our world and your business better, not growing market share.

7.

Do the Right Thing
For example, we pay our team fairly and on time. It’s simple respect. We expect the same from our clients and partners.

8.

See the Bigger Picture
Understanding where you’re coming from helps us to go in the right direction together.  We aim to uncover greater value as opposed to simply quoting the lowest price.  Value is gained through both re-engineering delivery processes and achieving cost savings in our client's in-house procurement and administrative functions.
